Home Carer — Durham & County Durham
We are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our home care team. You will visit clients in their own homes, providing personal care, medication support, companionship, and practical assistance. Full training is provided — experience is welcome but not essential.
What we need:
- A caring, patient, and respectful approach
- Reliable transport (driving licence and vehicle preferred)
- Right to work in the UK
- Flexibility to include mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
Senior Carer / Care Coordinator — Durham
We are seeking an experienced senior carer or coordinator to join our growing team — supporting less experienced carers, contributing to care planning, and maintaining our high standards of care delivery.
What we need:
- Minimum 2 years' domiciliary or residential care experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Right to work in the UK · Enhanced DBS required
Overnight / Waking Night Carer — Durham
We are recruiting overnight carers to provide night-time monitoring, personal care, and reassurance to clients at home. Ideal for experienced carers who prefer working nights or wish to supplement daytime hours.
What we need:
- Previous care experience preferred
- Calm, reassuring manner and reliable attendance
- Ability to remain awake and alert throughout the shift

Successful candidates complete a paid induction and training programme. You will never be placed with a client until you feel fully prepared and supported.
